They're improving, but still not what I would call "Luxury"

When I first moved in here, things started off really bad. I'm happy to say, the staff now is much nicer than they have been in the past, and they've been pretty helpful. I will say, however, these apartments are a farcry from luxury apartments! The cabinets are these cheap square white laminated cabinets, and the counters aren't much better. Everything in the apartment is just too white, and sterile. The brown paint job they've recently done was not a good choice, I think, but that's just my opinion. Parking is still, and always will be a nightmare if you live on the right side of the complex. It might be better if the rules were enforced, but I won't fault them on that, as I have no idea how you go about that. Overall, the clubhouse is nice, the pool is ok...a hot tub would've been nice, since these are luxury apartments and all. Anyway, all in all, no complaints really, except that they're a little overpriced for what you're getting.
P.S. My bathroom drain has been making this clicking noise randomly since I've moved in. Maintenance has come in a couple of times to fix it, but it's never gone away, so definitely don't move in to #538. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

| The TAA lease contract explains that if you bounce a check for rent, regardless of the check amount, you will be required to pay late fees in addition to an NSF fee. This is explained in your lease contract that you signed on 8/31/07. Also, please note the following. Your check was deposited on 9/4/07 and your bank notified us that it was insufficient on 9/14/07. Your charges included $170.00 in late fees and a $50.00 NSF fee which totals $220.00...not $300.00. In regards to the parking concern, we are aware of the scarce parking in the area of your building. It unfortunately is due to the lay out and construction of the community. We regularly remind resident to have their guests park in an area in which we have additional parking but it is very difficult to monitor after hours. So, with that said, I appologize for the inconvienence that you've experianced with the parking. If we had the additional acrage to add parking we would. If you ever notice that a vehicle is parked in the area that does not have a parking placard please contact us, we will be more then happy to attempt to contact the owner of the vehicle and advise them of the parking policy. Amen! I could not agree with this renter more! I lived there for six months and could not wait to move. Two managers ----- and ----- were Horrible! ----- could absolutely never get anything straight. Had to redo my paperwork (3) times before it was correct and could not even give out simple directions on how to use the gate remote controls! I had to ask the maintenance men. Never in my life had I ever experienced such immature irresponsible managers! Thank God I am out of there with my shirt on!

Don't forget about ------- - she is the most dishonest person I have ever met - she obviously has nothing better to do when she goes home but think of ways to screw people over and binge on cake. I think the other girls may have taken the special bus at one point in their lives - i dont know where they foud them but I wish they would stock their cabinets with ritalin. When I moved out they couldnt get me on anything - I kept that apt perfect for 2 years - I then recieved a letter in the mail charging me all these fees because the pristine clean sink had a little dirt around the drain and i forgot to wipr over the microwave with a little windex. PLEASE! they clean the apt anyways - it was in perfect condition! I asked for them to send me pics and they are so trivial I could take their asses to court. I had to break my contract and they were so not sympathetic. They immediately moved someone in 2 days after my move and are still trying to get lots of money out of me. I had a special where they knocked 500 off my first month of rent if I signed a 15 lease and ------- swore that al i would owe was one months rent if i broke lease - NOPE! Now they want to scam 1400 bucks from me - when they replaced me immediately got their commission and swear up and down that I owe them this amount. They also promised me new updated tile and new grouting in the tub (this coming from -------) and it never happened. They are the shadiest managemt ever!
