I moved here from a very big city where housing was a nightmare, so I was really pleasantly surprised by apartments here. I love my apartment, it's very roomy, clean and new. Everything is in good shape and the repair people respond very quickly. It is very very quiet. My only complaint is the parking. There is no way that everyone who parks infront of my building lives there and if I get home after 5:30 I have to park pretty far away.

Yah, good luck if you are waiting for a garage! We were on the "list" to get one for a year and never heard peep from the office. They didn't even know who all had garages and didn't. But it was still a nice place. We lived in the back, against the greenbelt/creek.
