I lived there with my sister for a year. In that time, we never had problems with the staff, all of our maintenance issues were quickly resolved, and everything was generally good.
There were small issues with noise at night, but not unlike any other complexes.
When we left, they had just implemented some strong rules for the pool area, which seemed extreme to us. (only two guests per apartment, all residents required to wear wrist bands, etc)
The apartment itself was very nice!Spacious and modern. Huge balconies!
