We moved here after we sold our house and while we were waiting for our next house to be built. At the time we got a great rate, on a 2 bed/2 bath on the ground level. Thankfully our house will be finished by the time our lease is up because the renewal rate is $200 more a month than we have been paying. The people upstairs are noisy. The carpet is so cheap that anything spilled on it stains immediately. We chose this community over another one becuase this one was gated, however the gates never work. They do not have a designated place for you to walk your dog because they want you to walk them off the premises of the property, a fact not known when we moved in. That was amended in the pet agreement/notice we received in our 3rd month here. The maintenance guys are nice. Too bad you need them all the time.
