Hassle to deal with
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 2/19/2003

We lived at the apartment just as long as our lease allowed but were anxious to leave. I didn?t bother looking at the renewal price because the best rate couldn?t have kept us there. The leasing office was anything but helpful, never responding to requests or returning calls. We unfortunately had to call maintenance often but more times than not did the message not get relayed to them. I have lived in many apartment communities and this was by far the worst experience. Not to mention that I am still waiting for the deposit and I?ve been out for 3 months!
