The complex looks nice and it's in a nice (but extremely conservative) area and the apartments aren't bad at all, but the management is terrible. Whenever maintenance was needed, it was rare that they came to fix things in a timely fashion (it took them 3 days to fix the plumbing in our bathroom). They tried to evict us 3 times; once I went to the office to personally deliver the rent which is accepted on the 3rd day of the month and that night we got a knock on the door and a note that said we hadn't paid for rent, therefore we needed to leave. I chased after the manager, told her I had hand-delivered it that afternoon, and then the person i had handed it to said "oh yeah....it just wasn't in the computer yet." The gates were broken most of the time, we always received different answers when the gate clickers quit working (we were told that we were responsible for replacing the batteries and other times told they'd replace it), and when we were moving out, they tried to charge us TWICE for the carpet replacement (and strangely enough that added up to what our deposit was, which meant we could not have applied it to the damages). We were not completely moved out of the apartment at 8 am on the day after we were supposed to be out, and they charged us $30 because of it (we could have been out of there in another hour). These people are very strict, unorganized, and were never willing to compromise, I recommend finding somewhere else to live. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

sounds like your a little whinny, if you knew you were suppose to be out then you should have been out. By law they can charge you, it doesnt sound like you where the perfect tenant anyway. This place sounds like any other apartments.
