Unfortunally I decided to move to these apartments in Jan 2004... From what it seemed everyone in the front office was nice... Yet as the year went on.. Still living here... Iv had tons of problems w/ the aparmtnet
1. When it rains, i get died ants/spiders in the corner of my room by the window. One day i notice while cleaning and was totally disturbed.. Im a very clean person and keep my home the same way.. yet everyday for a week i spent 10 mins on hands and knees vacuuming the died ants that were "flooded" in.. Finally got the maintenance man to come (who i must say is extremly nice) "fixed the problem" but really didnt, still see a few died ants here and there in that same spot when we get heavy rains.
2nd. The trash is pretty sad when my family pays very good money to live here, yet the trash pails up up
3rd. Where are the security' Gates are broken more than 75% of the time, anyone can walk into this complex and a few neighbors have had their crap taken/car broken into.. We had security guards for maybe a month and then they went away, whats up w/ that'
4th. The damn aminals around is making me crazy.. residence leaving their cats and they are just chillen in my part of town.
Thats all i have to say.. If were to give this place a rating on if you should move in, i would say about a 3 out of 10
