I've lived at this apt complex for a couple of months now and have nothing but rave reviews. All the staff has been friendly and accomodating. I agree with one of the other reviewers that in a recently built building, it is odd to have to have doors mis-aligned and molding in need of fixing. If this were the build quality of a house I was buying, I would not buy it. But the special I got on the apt made for a great price. I have a great view and never hear my neighbors. I always get a covered parking space. The fitness center is top notch for it's size. Put a great apartment like this (fireplace, alarm, lots of cable and phone ports) in a great neighborhood of Cedar Park and in my opinion it makes for a winner.
