I moved in to these apartments back in 2003 lived here for 2 years at the begining the office staff was nice but things started changing. The gates have probably worked like 15% of the time that I have lived here, many of the new employees in the office know little to what's going on. They say that they fine for trash on your door step but everyone leaves there's out for days. You are not suppose to have anything on your patio that wouldn't normally belong there and the people below me back in 2004 had mattresses that caught on fire and I was out of town when it happen I was never notified of the fire below me that affected my balcony and I also had an animal that no one checked on. Then also in 2004 my apartment was broken into and the people in the office didnt even seem to have a care in the world, that really upset me being single and living alone. The tiles in my apartment are all coming up and we have alot of problems with some nasty bug called " a silver fish", ugh chills when you see that. In the recent year many families with high schoolers have moved in and nights are very loud and distrubing with much damage done to the pool property. Animals crap everywhere and no fines seem to go out to those owner though its a large problem. The biggest problem I feel is the trash cans they are never empty and skunks are always around not too safe. There are alot of areas of this complew which I feel should be made safer high grass snakes things like that, not to mentions the non stop problem with those gates no wonder my apartment was broken into they have no problem getting in. I was only satisfied with one office staff member and she gave wonderful help to me and advice. I being a two year resident wouldn't recommend anyone with children living here and no elderly with all the noise and safety issues the gates are reallya big deal. I payed money to have the gates and I feel as though that money should be repayed to me, they just dont know what they are doing. What really gets to me is when I gave my notice they want to know why you dont want to stay at this place who would ask that they live here they should know how bad it is.Parking is impossible if you come home at 8p you will not get a place anywhere close to your apartment and image any later probably have to walk quite far in a skunk infested parking lot at night alone. My apartment has raised far too much in rent each year if they truely value a customer long term leasers should get deals not raises in price. Plus I have lok at the price of my apartment and its hire than many other exactly like it by almost $125 that not right. Dont live here you will be dissatified. Thank you
