I WORK FOR A COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, I ASSIST THE LOW INCOME. I AM TRYING TO PREVENT AN EVICTION OF A HARDWORKING SINGLE MOTHER OF A 6 YEAR OLD. MY CLIENT IS STILL BEING EVICTED, BECAUSE CARMEN WOULD NOT WAIT FOR PAYMENT FROM US. EVEN AFTER SHE RECEIVED THE CLIENTS LATE FEES. SHE STILL TOOK HER TO COURT AND WOULD REFUSE TO TALK TO ME. I STRONGLY SUGGEST IF ANYONE IS EVEN CONSIDERING MOVING THERE, THAT THEY RETHINK IT. IF SHE IS WILLING TO EVICT A SINGLE MOTHER, SHE HAS NO HEART!!!

What a small world! I was looking at information for apts in the area and found a post that's pertaining to my sister! This post is 100% true, my sister is the single mother of MY 6 yr old niece that the "ever so caring" manager of Red Stone Ranch evicted. MY 6 yr old niece was homeless. It might be different if my sister never planned on paying them and sat on her bum all day, but she does work and she was trying. Bravo Carmen, bravo.... what goes around comes around ... I don't think people should live there anyway..we were visiting in the pool area one day and noticed a group of teenagers on the 2nd floor balcony of an apt that overlooks the pool area and for fun they were throwing small stones or something into the downstairs neighbors air conditioning unit! AND they were laughing about it! Hmm, I guess as long as these heathen teens' parents pay their rent, they're welcome there even if they're destroying property! This place should be under new management,,,someone with a heart. I know rules are rules, but sometimes people should look deeper into the situation and give a little bit of leeway (spelling?). You know what I mean though!

HMMMM...I am a single mother as well! I pay my rent every month on time as I should. Being a "single mother" is not an excuse for entitlement! As a responsible mother, you've got to do whatever it takes to keep food on the table and a roof over thier heads. The management has to treat everyone the same...it's the LAW!!! Why didn't you let your sister move in with you if you were so concerned about your neice being homeless? Then when she doesn't pay her part of the rent are you still going to say..."Awww, she is a single mother." NO, I didn't think so.
