i transferred to these apartments b/c of my job and i couldn't break my lease. i went on-line to put down the fee to hold the apt. one week later carmen, the apt. mgr., called me one week later to tell me that my apt. had been given to someone else. i said not so, b/c i had the receipt in hand stating that i had the apt. she said that someone rented it over the weekend and she was out sick so she had nothing to do with it...excuse me, but aren't YOU the manager'' she tried to offer me another apt. of the same size but with no deal. i didn't want another apt. of which was way in the back of the complex, so i finally had to call her district mgr. to get things straight. on teh day i signed my lease, she did not even go through it with me. she signed it but never came out of her office....then the apt WAS NOT clean!! i complained and wrote it down on the check in list and took pictures, they never fixed anything! slapped some paint on the front door and that was it. then when i moved out they took my water payment out twice (my last rent payment and my deposit).
