I have lived in about 5 apts in my life...this was the worst experience I have ever had. We were able to at least break our lease early b/c they could not keep with the contract. The gates NEVER worked, garbage was ALWAYS a problem, they didn't want to take responsibility for the mail box problems, noise issues, management doesn't return phone calls, they didn't have anyone to clean the pool for a month or so...so anyone using the pool ended up with pink eye from kids pooping in it...the list goes on and on. When we moved out we were sent a bill for 700 dollars. Even though they are replacing all of the rugs, they felt we ruined them (we didn't) and should have to buy a complete apts worth. We were told we had pets...and we didn't. If RSR had a different management team other than UD, the place might be okay.
