Red Stone Ranch's staff is the biggest joke in the world. My husband and I went last Thursday to secure an apartment for us and our 4 month old daughter. We did it despite all of the bad ratings on this website - should've known better. On our way there we called to find out exactly how much we needed in order to have the apartment held for us. Sandra Told us a grand total of $260. So we came with that. When we got there, she proceeded to say we needed another $75 for our application fee. But since she had made the mistake of giving us the wrong number -she said it was fine that we bring it in with the rest of our money on Monday. I even went in on Friday to turn in a couple of extra things that they needed -I spoke to a man, and he double checked that everything was still ok. He said we were good to go as soon as our background checks came back. So here it is, Monday, and we have the entire $1412 in hand. My husband called to confirm that our background check went through, and Sandra told him that the apartment we put on hold was sold out from under us on Saturday because we didn't bring the $75 application fee. On top of that, they don't plan to refund us the money we already put down. They're asking us to wait until August for another apartment to open up. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE.

None of my friends who live there will be renewing their lease. No one I know who is looking for an apartment will not be warned. United Dominion -Concider restaffing Red Stone Ranch. Your current staff is miserabley underqualified, and brain-dead. I'll be sure ya'll lose money over this issue.

Thanks to these jerks, my 4 month old daughter won't have a bed to sleep in tonight because it's packed up in the back of a truck - along with all of our other belongings.
