I have lived here for three 3yrs now and I am 75 yrs old. Whenever I call for a maintenance man to fix something he never comes and I have to keep calling. They refuse to change my carpet (which is digusting). They charged me $600 dollars non-refundable pet deposit for two little poodles. One day late on rent in 3 years and they wanted to evict me. I am quiet and stay to myself. No reason for this treatment.

I'm sorry to hear that. :( It's horrible! Maybe you can look for another place that is better and hopefully cheaper on something like a free mover/spartment search web site. That's how I got here on the first place. I know up in Leander there are some nice places, too.
