Glad to be leaving...

Overall I've had a bad experience here at Red Stone Ranch. The staff is rude and could care less about their tenants. I called to ask a question about moving out and replacing something for them. I got a rude response and was told pretty much too bad you'll be charged for it (way too much btw). The way this certain person acted on the phone was as if I was stupid and she shouldn't even be talking to me. All I had was a simple question and I got this kind of response' The maintenance staff is really nice, which makes up a bit for the other's behavior. I have always been helped within a few hours when something has been broken, though I had to actually go into the office to get it repaired. When I moved in here the apartment was clean, nice carpets and clean walls, but the bathroom was horrible. The tile was pealing up, there was mold in the tub and cracks in my cabinets. Parking here is also pretty bad if you try to park after 7 pm. It also bothered me that the grounds around the complex were not well kept. There was dead trees everywhere, no grass, and don't even think about walking around if it just rained without shoes you don't mind getting dirty from mud. All I have to say is I'm glad I will not be living here any more.
