I moved here over a month ago and so far I have no big complaints. The office staff is usually easy to work with. The parking is great. I haven't had a hard time finding a spot at all. You also get free covered parking, which is a major plus. Most apartments tend to have a loud atmosphere on weekend nights, but last night (friday night) I was walking around all over the complex and didn't come across any loud people/music. My apartment came with a washer and dryer, so that is a MAJOR plus for me. Not every apartment comes with them though. They do all have hookups at least.

The only cons I can come up with is that the gates aren't ALWAYS working properly, but usually they are. Also, the "walking trail" area is very dark at night, but this can also be a pro if you have windows that face it and don't want a bright light shining in your windows at night.

So far, I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

I think that's a very accurate description for the apartment. I just bought a house and moved out of it after being there for a little over a year, and they've taken cared of every problem that they could reasonably fix. One downside, though, that I am a bit annoyed, is that they're going to charge me $20 for the range drip pans because I didn't buy new ones when I moved out about a week ago, and I don't cook... no one has ever told me that I needed to buy new ones, just to clean them. They were NOT new when I moved in, because there were obvious wear. I think they were just trying to get some money out of me... I think I gave them back a cleaner apartment than I had when I moved in. I really doubt they'll buy new drip pans for the next tenant.

Yeahhh.. I've heard stories about being charged when you move out. I'm expecting that as well. Oh well, I guess not everything can be perfect. =D
