I hate the maintenance staff over here. Nothing ever gets fixed and our complaints go unheard quite often. We are promised several things several different times and it NEVER gets done. The office staff is rude and acts like they're better than every one else. The maintenance men don't even acknowledge that you're alive and do as minimal a job they can to "fix" some thing. Some times I believe the just say they fixed something to the apt manager and never even do it. I believe this because I have been complaining about the same problem for OVER A YEAR and NOTHING has been done!!!! I hate this place and I can't wait until my lease is up!

I've never had a single issue with the office staff or maintenance people. Sounds like you're describing a completely different complex from my experiences here.
