When I moved into the Alexan with my boyfriend, it was a step up for both of us. We have really enjoyed the property and all it has to offer. The only thing we miss is having a hot tub. Couldn't you change the fountain into one' Oh well. The best thing is our huge bathroom and garden tubs, and my boyfriend likes the island kitchen since he does all the cooking. And the price is great compared to what we used to pay at certain other apartments.
