When I moved in, the carpet was somewhat stained. I listed it on the checklist, and they promised to get it steamed. I took pictures of it.

Well, they never came to clean it. Even though I left them several requests. I caved and got a company out there myself and had them clean it. Some stains wouldnt come out, like wine or something.

When I moved out, they billed me over 450 dollars for replacing the carpet. Ha! I had a feeling this would happen. I didnt even attempt to call them about. I simply called my lawyer and pressed charges the NEXT DAY.

Oh, they knew they were wrong. They paid my deposit of 300 back, plus 1375 in attorney fee's.

Dont ever let a complex screw you. Thats how they make an extra few million every year, by over charging poeple for things they should do themselves.

Talking to them wont work, just sue them. You will get your money back and more.

The insect issue everyone is complaining about is legit. Trust me, more webs blocking the hall ways than you can imagine. Its a jungle. Spiders, roaches, and ant hills everywhere. They do absaloutly NOTHING towards pest control. I am SOOO glad Im out of there. Never again.

Parking may be an issue for some but I had garage, although someone parked in front it one and forced me to get them towed, because I couldnt get out of the garage to get to work! But that just shows how crappy parking is there.
