nice place but bad people

The place is very nice, been living here for over 2 years. however no matter how long you've live here, they will keep upping the rent on you until you move out. And if something were to happen if you are to move out and have to break lease, it is a ridiculous process at which will cost you all of your remaining rent. also bugs! tons of bugs! everywhere! they will not use pesticices instead they have people come over with leaf blowers and blow all the spider webs and all the dead insects away. and when they leave, they come back and set up shop again right by your door. if you like bugs and blood sucking business -----, then this place is for you!

You are so right. I'm on the third floor and I was recently diagnosed with spinal issues. I can't do stairs. They wont even help me!
