From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 2 responses   If you read your lease contract alot of the things you are complaining about are stated in there. Late fees etc. As for bugs there everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!! at any apartment community and its TEXAS! Also traffic sucks anywhere you go in Austin, TX. I do agree Parmer can be a pain.
