Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I moved in Aug 2006 and Silverado seemed to be a nice place. However, the next day i had A FEW friends over for a night and got a lease violation for being "too loud" I could stand outside my apt and hear the T.V.'s of neighbors and their music just from outside. Quite a few times i asked the manager to talk to the residents below me because they would bang a broom against their ceiling if i VACCUMED. They never did anything about it, nor did they talk to the tenents because it kept happening, we never complained about their music being too loud, only their disrespect to us. But when others complained about me, i got violations. Garbage was left out in front of doors but i was the one who got the violation.
If you are young then stay away from this place. i strongly feel that i was discriminated against because i was young and single. You would love living here if you are OLD and RETIRED.
