We moved in here almost a year ago and for the most part it has been a happy experience. The biggest problem is probably parking - we live toward the front of the property and during the day you have all the space in the world but in the evening everyone comes home and I've often found myself walking through both access gates to get back to my apartment. It's only really a problem if I've been to the grocery store or if I am carrying something heavy. You can always lease a covered space or a garage if you're that worried about parking. Also, the rent has dropped to rock bottom the past few weeks and I'm kind of scared to find out why. A lot of people who have been here longer than I have tell me they're worried that it will be the same pitfall that a lot of other complexes on Parmer fell into, where they lower the rent and then a bunch of people that you'd rather not live near move in and the place just kind of slides downhill after that. So far, though, that doesn't seem to be the case. We are hoping to stay around for another year at least. The location is great, right across from the park, and the property is clearly something that people take pride in. It's very well-kept and pretty. The staff has always been very polite and helpful and professional, which is really important to me. I just wish they weren't RAISING rents for people who are thinking about renewing when we're already all paying so much more than new tenants would. We'll have to see how that works out when it's time to renew or not, but overall I like it here.
