The complex management is nonresponsive to complaints. I've complained more than 6 or 7 times about noisy upstairs neighbors and management finally decided to not renew their lease some 6 or 7 months later. Parking is terrible as well. The self-closing gates seldom work as well. They are usually in the open position. At first it was OK, but now they let anyone rent here now or so it appears.
