I am overall pleased with the apartment now that i am moved in, although moving in i did have some difficulties getting in touch with them after they got my deposit. I left several messages with no return call and i felt as if they didn't care since they got my money. i have a basset hound which was a puppy at the time, but since he was a large breed dog, the 300 dollar pet fee increased to 500 if i remember right. the money wasn't the issue it was the inconvenience of having to write more checks and argue with them about being told of the fee. besides that everything is good. The maintenance guys are cool and friendly ive never had a problem i couldn't fix.
IF YOU ARE OVER 30 RENT A HOUSE YOUR ARE TOO OLD TO NOT OWN OR RENT A HOUSE !!!!!!
most people living in these apartments are mid 20's early 30's who for some reason expect 24 security, a large crew of handy men , and complete privacy and silence. im 19 and this is my first place. my girlfriend, basset hound , and I just moved out of our parents and already have decided next lease we are going to rent a house. for 300 or 400 more a month you can buy privacy, but if you cant afford it then quit complaining. Dont expect the gate to keep criminals out of the complex. we live in williamson county i think you are fine and so are your kids. DON'T HAVE KIDS YOU CANT AFFORD IF YOU WANT A HOUSE INSTEAD OF AN APARTMENT !!!! some people just don't figure out life until there 35 years old and unhappy because of there easy going, 20 year old neighbor. you should have thought about that the last 15 years of money you have speant on mcdonalds,pizza,tobacco,alcohol , new cars or any other purchase you have made that was unnecessary. LEARN TO MANAGE MONEY, IM NOT EVEN 20 AND I HAVE FIGURED OUT THAT IF YOU SPEND, YOU WILL NEVER SAVE. MOVE UP TO THE NEXT LEVEL IN LIFE.............

silverado is full of older people who want it to be absolutly quiet so they can wake up at 5 in the morning to read the paper and drink coffee. i wasn't even loud and got literally 6 violations for ---- that i wasn't doing or stuff that other neighbors were doing but i got blamed for it. the staff is horrible and im so glad to be out of there.
