Water heater broken from the start had to have maintenance her 3 times. A/C broken after a month...needed to be replaced. The pool was broke for three weeks...maintenance not allowed to work extra to get problem fixed. Had to have apt treated for roaches. Garage doors had to be replaced and lock on access door had been broken as well. Grass maintained but trash around around complex not picked up just left in the streets. Only 2 dog 'potty' areas...not close to apartments. Carpet, flooring, cabinets are super cheap and need updating/replacement. Super rude staff...maintenance people very nice however...you'll get to know them. Gates to complex NEVER working so anyone can enter. Trash area super dirty and smelly...you'd expect bad for garbage are but not food all over & trash and recycling all over. Recycling bins always over flowing and not labeled or available to put stuff in. Sometimes you can't even get through to put trash in. Parking is horrible because people who don't live here park for weeks in 1 spot. No available spots and people park in garage/carports when not assigned to them. Rent is over priced for all the things that are NOT being done to keep complex maintained. Keep looking down the road on Cypress Hill or Parmer Lane...this place sucks!

This review is idiotic, especially as I've lived here for almost 2 years! The pool was never "broken" for three weeks, it was closed for tops THREE HOURS one week. Roaches are a rarity here, small spiders are more common. Trash left in the streets?! Did you happen to notice that there is "courtesy trash pickup" twice a week?! (guess not.) what else... only 2 dog potty areas? WRONG! there are actually 3. carpet, flooring,cabinets: all fine! Parking can be a hassle, but its rare to not be able to find a spot that's nearby! Rent is overpriced, this part is very true! plus New Roofs and Windows have been installed due to the series of hailstorms we had this spring (2009) that destroyed a lot of the complex! also the complex is currently being repainted. and finally where the hell is "Cypress Hill?!" obviously not near here! Learn the facts first before writing a terrible review, ya moron!
