now i been there for a lil less than a year and i have to say there is no security whatsoever (which they claim that they do have) and theres people there with dogs, and stuff (hint hint check out the management they have pets) and now theres an old lady with like 5 cats!! now that south grand apartments burned to the ground because of their drug labs we are having an infestation of druggies trying to move in and ruining our not so perfect complex. and if you have a compact car you will be in a rollercaster ride throughout the drive in and out of the complex you will need a truck to actually maneuver around the 10 inch deep and some are 5 ft in diameter. if you have a new family i would hardly recommend for you to NOT MOVE IN AT ALL!!!!!!! this place will be turning into south grand pretty soon.

If you are so unhappy why don't you move. They do the best they can. They have security gates up and unless you want to pay a $1000.00 or more for a guard you are not going to get anything more. I have lived here for more then 15 yrs and have never had a problem. They have exterminaters out every month. So if you have a problem with fleas and roaches, try keeping the trash and food cleaned up. Any time you want to check the managers apt I am sure she will let you in so you can see there are no pets and never have been.
