Apartments are older and maint is at a min... area is gated which is a joke cause most everybody has gate code of some curr tenant... parking in the eve is at a max...
rent keeps going up since there is limited avail in area and they have vacant apts...
tenant problems are rare but do happen... management talks a good game but thats all they do, follow thru action is not likely(cause that wld cost money)
overall it is one of the better low-class places to be...
