Yeah rent may be cheap. These apartments are run by the people who live there it's like prison life on the outside... Police raid the apartments at least once a month. There are drugs violence, did I mention drugs' Loud music. The maint. and office personel have no clue. People who are on parole live there, etc. Don't jepordize your families. If you do decide to live there welcome to thug life...
