Going Down Hill Apartments are older and maint is at a min... area is gated which is a joke cause most everybody has gate code of some curr tenant... parking in the eve is at a max...
rent keeps going up since there is limited avail in area and they have vacant apts...

It sucks. It is the most awful place to live. The a/c units do not work properly therefore your light bill is high. Things never get fixed or if they do it takes a threat by an attorney to get it done. The landlord is nosey and thinks she should INTERROGATE anyone who comes to the complex to visit
