The manager is so unaproachable it makes you dread going to tell her something is broke. I was always scared living there with my children and would not wish for my worst enemy to live there. Going Down Hill Apartments are older and maint is at a min... area is gated which is a joke cause most everybody has gate code of some curr tenant... parking in the eve is at a max...
rent keeps going up since there is limited avail in area and they have vacant apts...
tenant problems are rare but

It sucks. It is the most awful place to live. The a/c units do not work properly therefore your light bill is high. Things never get fixed or if they do it takes a threat by an attorney to get it done. The landlord is nosey and thinks she should INTERROGATE anyone who comes to the complex to visit
