Considering the last post was 4 years ago, things are not as bad as that person reviewed it. I assume that there has been a lot of changes in these four years, but there are still some problems. I have not had a problem with my neighbors, other than noise from kids. There was one day that a lady was sitting outside drinking and cussing with kids around, but that was only one day, the rest of the time she just sits outside(which I don't understand why, it's too hot). Overall, these apartments are okay. Anytime I call the office about anything, it is always taken care of in a timely manner and the office staff is very kind. The apartments are a little old, but still kicking... you get what you pay for, I suppose. The dumpsters are always kept up and there is not any litter flying around in the wind. It is RIGHT next to a train, but other than that, it is okay.
