I am living in Cobble stone now and have been since October of 08' and since then I have been extremely unhappy. We have a 2 year old son and we thought this would be great because there are so many kids. Well thats the problem tons of children are running around day and night without a single parent insight. They have completely vandalized the playground and we once witnessed a 6 year old urinating on the playground, when we confronted her mother about it who is also our downstairs neighbor she didnt do a thing about it. The insulation in this place is awful we can hear evertime our downstairs nieghbor is playing a video game of watcing tv, we even know everytime they open and shut a door. The bathrooms are absolutely awful no matter how much i bleach and clean that toilet and still wreaks of urine and it is so stained from the people before us. People are so loud with there cars and parties they are always waking our toddler up. I refuse to go outside without my husband anymore because on numerous occasions people have walked right up to me and asked me for money, food, beer, or a ride to go somewhere. Please no one move in here the rent may be cheap but that is the only good thing.

i have alo been staying in cobblestone since october of last year,andto say that these aparments have problems is an under statement.i have also had problems with everything fom malfunctioning washer and dryer to the stove the bathroom you name it. and calling them and to fix anything is a joke and even if you put it in writing that still dont mean they will come.i would tell anyone looking to rent fromm cobblestone that your making a mistake you should reconsider and find some place better, and cimmeron springs is affiliated with these aparments. maybe they wouldnt be so bad if their maintanace guy didnt just get out of kindegarten. DONT RENT FROM COBBLESTONE PERIOD....

This is ALL true. I have lived here for 10 years. I know, why live here that long. I have been on HUD housing and I don't have the funds to move but I can't WAIT to move. The insulation in my apartment is terrible. I spend around $430.00 in the summer for my electric because I have a vaulted ceiling and stairs and that is a lot of extra space. The master bedrooms are very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. I spend around 280 in the winter. I wish I lived down stairs but then there are flooding problems and leaky windows, so you will always run into a problem in these apartments. The management is getting better, but the maintenance does a half _____ job and they take a long time to get to your problem because they have sooo many problems to get to and they are going in between Cimmeron Springs and Cobblestone. They need to hire more help. I would NOT pay regular rent here if I wasn't on HUD. No way. People do let there kids run around here all hours of the evening and those kids tend to ruin the summer privileges of the pool by throwing pool furniture or pooping in the pool. I will be moving very soon. I do like having my own washer and dryer, my neighbors aren't too loud. That's all the good I can say about these apartments. Don't waste your money.
