The "Handy Man" never knew what he was doing. When the inspected the place you couldn't even have a dirty dish in the sink or if you had a burned out light bulb they would charge you $20 and then replace it. Best in Cleburne - I have lived here a year and like it immensely. The office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and all of my neighbors are great. They have parties and dinners at the office which are fun and usally include rent door prizes or gift cards to restaurants. The pool is always clean.
