Towne North was nice I liked my stay at Towne North. It was very quiet and clean. The off-street parking was good. It is on the edge of town and felt like being in the country. I would stay there again if I was going to live in Cleburne. The unit had new appliances.

It is Trashy I am not a cop but I wish I was. There is a couple that lives across from me that I think sells drugs out of there apartment. Lots of traffic late at night. I have told the menager and she doesnt do anything about it. I think the maintenance is awesome too. I will move when lease

Very Happy I am very happy here. The maintenance staff is AWSOME. I have never had to wait more than one day for someone to come fix anything. It is very quiet, a great place to sit on the patio and enjoy the peacefulness. Very friendly managers, they actually know you by name when you go

Nice but NO A/C The apt. looks really nice, but in the last 2 mo. the A/C has been out 6 times. They sent a letter saying they would have a/c technicians working on the units, but last night it went out again. This is really sad since there are elderly and small children living there.

They really do like the apartments and I do know if they have any problems,
they are there yo fix it very quickly.
The apartments are very nice inside and out.

Great Place to Live!! I LOVE living at the Oaks! The staff is great & get to any problems I'm having quickly. The ground are always keep clean & mowed. The apartments are nicely updated. I really have no complaint. I'm glad I choose this to be my home:)
