I dont recommennd this complex to anyone. Three seperate times my vehicle was damaged. There have been several time beer bottles have ben broken in my from lot and one instance it stayed there for 3 days before it was removed. The new owner and manager cant decide what rent you owe in 1 week my rent due went from 620.00 thedn 1000.00 then I got an eviction for 1770.00. How can it go up that much. My daughter has gotten severe ear infections twice from swimming int he pool that is not taken care of the way it should be. I have had problems with people just walking in my apartment if i didnt keep the door locked at all times. My upsatairs neightbor has flooded my apartment twice in 1 month. my ceiling had two holes in it that i reported needed fixed for 3 months which was never done. My hood over the stove had never worked and still to this day it has never been fixed. The complex is eat up with ---- roaches, i had to pay myself to have it sprayed. People constantly blocked me in by oparking behind me u only get one space per apartment. The new manager is very rude and apparently has never managed anything before. I will tell everyone i know not to waste your money. they have also raised the rent on these 1970 apartments. you are scared to go out at night the neighboring complexes cause alot of trouble around here, It is not a safe place for children. They also allow pets which include pitbulls! I moved because I no longer feel safe here. Please dont rent from this company! At night there is partying and screaming and poeple blowing the horns. I guess if you are trash, drunks or druggies you would feel at home here.
