The price of the apartments compared to the square feet is a good deal. Once you have signed the lease things change. First off we had termites in the patio. I have suspicions of mold being present.(People becoming sick when they visited overnight) Air conditioner never cooled correctly and they refused to fix. It took at least two weeks to get anything repaired, if they repaired it at all. Neighbors' toilet backed up into our bathroom. We had a crack in the ceiling that dripped and they never came and repaired. Maintenace men moved/stole things out of our apartment. When i notified the office, they did nothing to correct the problem.
