Management not cooperative, Electric bill every month between $200 and $280, Airconditioner has broke several times and they just juice it some more until it goes out again. Was promised a celing fan when I moved in and received it 6 months later and they ran the cord along the celing and STAPLED IT to the wall-how ghetto is that. Dont be fooled by the outside appearance. I was complained on twice by a lady walking her dog that my TV was to loud!!!!! Dont move there!! One time the pool was green for a month. They didnt even lock it and kids came and swam in it.
