Not impressed. - I've lived here almost two years. I really got suckered when I moved here. Paid all my deposits, and my unit was not ready. Since I had a moving truck here, they put me in a different unit, that had lights that didnt work, ac didnt work, stained carpet, spraypaint on the floor and wood fixtures, broken doors, I could go on and on. Review, not RANT - I actually love my apartment. (I live in a 1/1) I was lucky enough to get an apartment with new carpeting and for the cheapest amount of monthly rent available (695). So I can see if you had to pay the max, 745 a month that it would seem expensive. Management Changed - The former lady working in the leasing office apparently tried to trick me into leasing for a whole year as opposed to a summer. Though, she is gone now.
