Apartment is nice inside, but noise travels very well, especially from upstairs. There is a lot of squealing from the upstairs floor when people walk, and you can even hear the tenants talking and laughing normally. The foundation is a problem, so the back doors, screen and glass, do not stay on their tracks and I constantly had to put them back on (almost every time I opened the door). There were a couple things about the apartment that we were promised would be a certain way before we moved in, but they were not and it took weeks to get them fixed. The staff did not seem very interested in addressing maintenance problems, and it took days and multiple requests to get any problem fixed. From the week we moved in management also acted as though we were an irritant any time we needed maintenance. In general they were very nice and laid back if we had questions, just not as nice when I needed something. So, the apartments themselves are attractive and in a nice area, but the construction and management could use some improvement.
