ok priced- has gone up though. nice and quiet. lots of small families. have had various things break (toilet, shower, washing machine). about 800 square feet. super small bathroom, giant kitchen. good sized rooms. has a small pool. leasing agents and managers are great. nice and always willing to work with you. the maintenance men are quick to respond. utility bill is kind of high- poor insulation' they are pretty old too. good for college living. get what you pay for
