Pros large backyards for downstairs units, close to restrants and shops, nice managers, nice neibourhood.
Cons- noisy, mold problems, bad mantainence - never respond in time, unprofessional, never can fix the problem from the first time, slow.
No emergency maintanance, so if you are freezing from cold dueing night time and your heater doesnt work - nobody will help you:(
Dogs everywhere, without lease, barking and making crap.....
I wish I could effortm myself better place to live.
