Perfect for what I needed

If you are looking for a place that is easy on the pocket book. Not part of the flashy new communities that you have to drive a BMW at and all you want to do is go to school come home this is great. I lived at Arbor Square for 3 years and never really had a problem the water drainage could be better but this is College Station.
