this place is cheap.

Problems starting day one. I can understand standard problems with property management, but this place is ridiculous. Management, continually lies about maintence issues. Turn around time on anything more than a clogged toilet is at least a month. Examples' Ok, sounds like fun: Electrical problems in living room(Shorts in wiring are a fire hazard) Leak coming from ceiling, stopped the leak, but left the living room unuseable for several weeks. Stove top would short out, tripping the breaker, took 6 months to replace stove when the new maintenence man told the office he would not touch the bird's nest repair jobs done before.(yet another fire hazard) These issues I've given up on, Porch light doesn't work, drainage sucks, they started the project, and left it unfinished, the holes are covered with plywood(over 6 mos.) The parking lot lights don't work, put in the maintenence request January, as of now, the office is still waiting on some other company to erect scaffolding.
These problems are not just things I've seen.
At least 6 other residents(6 different apartments) complain of the same turnaroud time.
