I was told by a friend of mine who wanted to move into Arbor that there were reviews on here that weren't positive and she wasn't moving in. I wanted to see what this is all about. I live at Arbor and I have nothing bad to say at all. That's the truth. I've been reading all theese "management and employees" write things or "angry residents" write things.. but I'm neither. I think the price is excellent. It's close to campus and as you know, parking sucks at A&M. I've never had anything break, and they are pretty cool up front. Instead of reading all this crap, go check these places out and you'll see there aren't "seas of roaches" or "ten years to wait for maintenance" like people claim. It's safe. Those people who drive around and check to make sure things are in order are cool and its quiet which is nice especially in college. The people who write these negative comments are also the people who can't afford to live in a box or irresponsible frat kids that forgot to pay their rent and went drinking instead. So.. again.. be educated and really think about the ---- people are posting. I like my apartment and my roommate and I aren't going anywhere.
