Arbor is overall a good place to live. My apartment is really good size for me and my roommate. We got a really good deal and it's been pretty good living here. It's pretty quiet over here and I've never had any problems with maintenaince or staff. It's really close to campus and the bus picks up right in front of the building. I'm quite pleased with the apartment and pricing.
