While I'm not going to say I enjoyed my time here, I know there are worse places to live in College Station. I lived here for 3 and a half years. I know that there were at least 4 different managers during that time. My garbage disposal was consistently broken. The laundry facility was not well maintained. My biggest complaint was they did not respect my request that they call before attempting to enter my apartment in the mornings. I worked nights in college and was often woken up by someone banging on my door. I had to use emergency maintenance twice. Once for my heat being broken, and the otherfor the deadbolt breaking when I tried to unlock my door. They handled the first occurrence well, but the second time they argued with me, saying they weren't responsible for lockouts. If you are going to live here, just know what to expect.
