The best staff I have ever dealt with. Really go out of their way to help you out. The rent is expensive. See if you can get a sublease, it is cheaper. The summer is also cheap as they run specials.

Parking is good with 1 covered parking per apt, location is great, walking distance to the only mall here. Not too many students, mostly professional working people stay here. So it is pretty quiet. The bathrooms are small. The apt is very spacious, and well insulated.

If you can get a cheap rent thru specials, then I recommend it. I would stay here again.
