Great apt but beware new manager!!

I lived here for two years. As others have said, this place is very quiet, and the maintenence has been very punctual - but everything usually runs great. Under the last manager, she even let my organization hold a banquet in the clubhouse - how unheard of! The rest of the staff has been equally helpful. The new manager however is not great and seems more interested in the bottom line then helping tenants.

I totally agree on your comment on the manager, Verda. She is mean and has no sense of privacy.

Tell me about it, she walked into my apratment and hid the modem from me!!!!!!!!! Saying "she secured it" yet was just rude!!!!!
