This would be my first review, but i thought i would share my thoughts. I needed an apartment at the end of August. They had 3 units left and the new semester was about to start. The special rate my roommate and i got was the 2 bed /2 bath on the 3rd floor for $750.00. For the first 4 months we had to pay for cable TV and internet which was about 75 bucks i think. After January of 2006 the complex got a bulk rate and it was FREE for the remainder of our lease. However, they when the renewal period came by they went up on rent so we moved out. I'm thinking they were wanting another 100 bucks. They did not charge anyone any additional fees and both my roommate and myself got our own cable modems.

We did have issues with the electric bill and AC. The AC unit froze up a few times and maintenance would come to fix it. On one occasion maintenance thought they fixed it and made it worst so they had to call a real AC / Repairman. Lucky for us it wasnt 100 degree weather yet. We ended up with a brand new unit. The electric bill was high because we were on the 3rd level so it was about $120 a month with 2 computers on all day and AC was at a constant 72 degrees.

Parking was never an issue and we traded off who got the covered parking. The side parking wasn't really an issue where i was on the corner unit. Maybe once in a while on the weekend i would have to walk a bit farther. I cant really complain other then i wish we got new carpet installed when i moved in and they would of renewed my least for the same amount i signed for. Volley Ball courts were always nice but the pool and workout room are very SMALL, neither of which i used to have friends swim at.


We got our full deposit back on move out but we also cleaned it very well including the carpet that should of been replaced.

i almost forgot we did get in trouble with our trash because a neighbor reported us! we left it out on our doorstep to take down and it must of sat there for 2 hrs before we left for class and some neighbor snapped a pic and gave it to management who called both of us into the office to discuss it. It was a 1 time thing and they wanted to scold us.
