Everything went well while I lived at Brazos House Apartments. Until I moved out. They require a professional steam clean on the carpets when you vacate the apartment, but since I have my own steam cleaner I called the office and they told me that would be fine. So I cleaned the apartment upon vacating it and it looked better when I moved out than when I moved in. But for some reason, the management thought otherwise and shorted me some of my deposit bexause the carpet "did not look good" and it was ot "fluffy" for the next tenant. Upon trying to pursue this matter, the management were reluctant to help, making me feel like they had my money and did not feel the need to even hear my case.
