The place was very cheap and decent to live in, although the wiring was shady and I did have to replace many light bulbs. They make you steam clean your carpet when you move out, which is in your lease but they don't inform you of. We were also deducted quite heavily for cleaning, although the apartment wasn't spotless when we moved in and we were charged for things that we left in the same condition as when we left. Not a bad place to live for the money, but the managment will screw you wherever they can.
